Shipments and Returns Policy
Your package shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within a day after the confirmation of payment.
Packages are shipped via Thailand Post with tracking code and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by any other methods, please contact us. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
Your package will be dispatched with special care taken to protect fragile objects.

Guarantee and Return Policy
You can cancel your orders and get a refund if the package has not been sent. Refunding does not include any transaction fees occur within the process.
You can not get a refund if the package has been sent and can not be confirmed as lost. If the package is confirmed as lost by mail carrier, you can choose to have a full refunding on product and shipping cost, or have us resend the products free of charges.
We offer product replacement for defective goods that is not caused by delivery process. If the products you received are defective or broken, please contact us for detailed procedures.
